About us
Astrology, calculated seriously.
Geburtshimmel is a project by NRJ Labs. We were bothered that many horoscope services either calculate sloppily or hide their results behind subscription walls and data harvesting. We wanted to build the opposite: a birth chart that is calculated astronomically correctly, stays free and works without a user account.
What we hold ourselves to
- Precision: Our calculation is verified against reference ephemerides to arc-minute accuracy — every change runs against a fixed test suite before it goes live. How accurate exactly is on the method page.
- Transparency: Where artificial intelligence helps write, it says so. Where editorial text blocks speak, likewise.
- Data minimisation: No accounts, no advertising cookies, automatic deletion periods. Birth data is sensitive — we treat it that way.
- Honesty: Astrology is interpretation, not science. We sell self-reflection and the joy of reading, not predictions.
